Welcome to Paskong Pinoy!

Philippine Christmas or ‘Paskong Pinoy’ is really different from how other countries in the world celebrate this joyous season.
Filipino or Pinoys simple love Pasko or Christmas that we hold the unofficial world record of ‘the longest Christmas celebration’ that starts when the “…ber” months kick-in and ends with the celebration of the Epiphany of the Three Kings.
In short the Filipino Christmas celebration starts on September 1 and ends (hold your seats!)  12 days after Christmas, that’s already January 6th of the New Year!
If you are foreigner you might find it hard to believe but come visit the Philippines anytime starting
September and you will be treated to radios playing Christmas carols and see some houses with their ‘Parol’ or the traditional Philippine Christmas lantern displayed with pride in their homes and witness department stores starts mega sales events dubbed as ‘pre-Christmas sale’.
Paskong Pinoy Christmas Traditions in the Philippines
Well, Pinoy loves christmas. We are a hugely Catholic nation that is steep in tradition especially when it comes to Christmas. You will see lots of OFWs or those Filipinos working abroad come home to be with family during this season. And those who cannot come home, are busy and excited packing their Christmas gifts or aguinaldos to be sent home to the Philippines in time for Pasko celebration.
Paskong Pinoy would like to welcome you all Pinoys here in the country and abroad and all other nationalities to come check out how we Filipinos celebrates our Christmas with family and friends.
Maligayang Pasko sa Lahat! Mabuhay ang Pilipino!!!
